E-marketing techniques extend to Word-of-Mouth (WOM), which is consumer-generated information about a brand, product, or company via blogs, forums, product reviews, and other media. WOM gives people reasons to talk about a product and makes it easy for such conversations to take place. Creating entertaining and informative messages designed to be passed on is what WOM is all about. In the Internet world, it is called viral marketing. For our business clients, viral marketing is an underused channel which LeapLab helps them to exploit.
WOM/Viral is person-to-person communication having a positive effect on sales. It is more effective than advertising because source credibility is high. Consumers are inclined to believe people they know. We employ a variety of media in cooperation with clients to spread the positive message, including their website, email, instant message services, podcasts, SMS, and webinars.
Among other activities on behalf of clients, we promote their products by creating a Referral Program to compensate people known as Influencers for sending buyers to the client. We will produce a kit that will provide all that Influencers will need for WOM/Viral performance. The client may choose to sell kits or provide them free to Influencers. Kit implementation will be quick and painless. Kit buyers will have a discrete business with its own name and a unique website, all for the purpose of driving members of their affinity group to the client's site with a high percentage of conversions, thus earning fees to supplement their incomes.

We will manage our client's Influencers as a Users Group, obtaining useful feedback from them while making them feel that they are valued insiders. They will have access to an Influencer website, discussion forums, message boards, and webinars. LeapLab will encourage Influencers to carry multiple client products and, where agreed by our clients, the products of more than one client, thereby increasing their income, commitment, and loyalty to the clients of LeapLab.
