LeapLab is a provider of teleservices, which we define as marketing and product support functions done via telephone, including telemarketing for new leads, dropped form recovery, second touch, upsells, telesales, technical help desk, and call centers staffed with Customer Services Representatives (CSR). LeapLab will integrate any of these operations within an outsourcing agreement with a client. Of these services, the one most in demand is CSR. CSR's support a client's business by problem-solving and coordinating customers and suppliers. LeapLab's CSR professionals are dedicated resources assigned to specific clients, thereby becoming as proficient in the unique context of the client's business as regular employees would be, but with LeapLab responsible for their management, the client is free to focus their management attention elsewhere. LeapLab's other teleservice offerings include specialists in dropped form recovery. These are outbound callers who contact people promptly after they have discontinued filling out an online form such as an application for a loan. They answer questions that the consumer may have and resolve issues, often concerning privacy and confidentiality, and encourage the person to resume the application process.
