John K. Ayers
CEO/CoFounder

John Ayers is CEO and CoFounder of LeapLab and its related group of companies. John grew up in Northern Virginia, and knew, even as a child, that he wanted to own his own business to bring his entrepreneurial ideas to fruition. His vision and guidance have placed LeapLab as a respected leader in a rapidly evolving industry - embracing creative methods for enhancing marketing using new technology.

Before founding LeapLab, John earned a Bachelor degree from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. As a serial entrepreneur, he has since been involved in the startup and sales of several companies ranging from designing medical devices to web-based distribution platforms.  John formed the Leaplab Group in 1999, with the focus on technology marketing.

John currently resides in the Phoenix area with his wife, Jennifer and son, Dane. John is an active member in the Arizona Chapter of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO) , and plays and coaches soccer in the Phoenix area.

Stephan Muth
Director of Finance

As Controller and Financial Director, Stephan has over 12 years of professional experience in Finance and Operational Management. Muth earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration, while working as a Ramp Operations Specialist supervising airport logistics for FedEx.

After graduating, Stephan joined the U.S. Army where he managed the operations and training of over 130 combat ready personnel. In 2001, after being honorably discharged from the 82nd Airborne Division, Stephan became a proud member of the LeapLab family. His oversight continues to be an integral part of the company's growth.
